My background has been diverse, but it’s given me the opportunity to understand the unique challenges faced at each stage of growth for businesses both big and small.
Doing what matters
I believe in doing LESS more effectively to get the desired results in a fraction of the time. (I’m a bit of a productivity aficionado).
Building a simple yet strategic plan based on your business’s target audience and vision is key. Sometimes clients need help to defined these, and I can help with that, too.
I believe in honesty, integrity, and doing what’s right for your business. That might involve spending £15,000 on a paid media campaign, or spending zero until certain goals are met first.
My ultimate passion is for customers and end-users.
Getting people to part with their hard-earned cash is a big deal, so hearing what they have to say about their experience – good or bad – is extremely powerful. It’s a brand advocate waiting to be recognised and it’s a potential customer for life.
Very few brands do customer and community management well. I’m proud to say it’s one of my strongest skill sets.
