For Hult International Business School I launched a cross-functional community and content strategy across sales, marketing and operations. This included overseeing social media accounts across different regions (NorthAm, LatAM, MENA, EUR and Asia) and campuses (London, San Francisco, Boston, Dubai, Shanghai). I grew their audience by 450% and increased social interactions by 2000% in 4 months. I also integrated all social media interactions into their CRM tool (Salesforce) and was able to demonstrate a ROI of 2.4M USD from social media activity.
